Call for BaTonga meeting in Harare

Our objective would be to provide a platform for dialogue about opportunities that currently exist, help people expand their social and professional networks as well as promote the exchange of information. I sincerely believe that there is too much talk about Development in Binga and sometimes it is too theoretical But think of this, if we can use our networks and support systems to ensure that our recent graduates get jobs or housing or share information that could help a business person, we would be doing Binga a great service because kuti One muTonga wazwidilila, it means we have one less person in the poverty statistics. We also know that the person will naturally help his or her family so that a simple effort of helping one person get a job has a multiplier effect that translates to building a region, one brick at a time. For that reason, we need to start meeting to get to know each other and share information.


What: Meeting for BaTonga people in Harare.
Proposed Date: Saturday, 24 September 2011
Time: 2 pm- 4 pm.
Venue: New Ambassador Hotel Lounge. The hotel is on Kwame Nkrumah and 2nd Street opposite Parliament.
